Audit Committee Voted On: YES!
The need for an audit committee, to review the on-going business of MLECA, was brought up by the members, voted on and approved at the annual meeting in November.
Board director, Doug Salemi, asked Carolyn Snyder if she would serve on the committee. Mrs. Synder agreed. Two other members subsequently volunteered to serve on the Audit Committee: Nancy Senne-Mikeska (former MLECA Board President) and Susan Gartland (former MLECA Board Secretary).
The committee plans to meet in January to establish the goals of the aforementioned committee.
