About The Outing
The outing was planned for 10 to attend the Ron White appearance for Friday, the 13th. We reserved a stretch limo and the group meet at The Gartlands for appetizers/cocktails before the trip. We then headed to Rockford, IL.
The "Historic" Coronado Theater (built in 1927) was renovated in 1999 and is quite the spot for todays acts.
The Concert
The evening started with an opening appearance by Alex Reymundo (not pictured). Reymundo, an upcoming comic, was a welcome surprise and warmed up the crowd for the first 30 minutes.
Ron White followed and closed with over an hours worth of comedic experiences and outlook on life.
Some older material was reworked along with new material that kept the audience laughing. Thumbs up on the evening!
